Cockpits in Warbirds are extremely complex affairs that require a lot of time to get just right. This cockpit was initially designed in a month, but required another 2 months of beta testing and research to get just right. All of the dials move and are controlled by the game and the flightstick moves on two linked axis (forward-back and left-right). Each gauge and moving part is controlled by individual text files with dozens of parameters.

Players demand a lot and we have to deliver – aircraft that look the way they should, fly the way they should, and have gauges that are easy to read and work properly and realistically.
